Civil Engineering
Civil design projects include a wide range of civil engineering and building works such as designs for culverts, river bank protection works, roads, drainage and subdivisions.
Complete road design services for rural and urban road projects are also provided, including detailed design and documentation. Urban road designs typically include full survey, design and documentation for reconstruction works, Local Area Traffic Management schemes, roundabouts and traffic calming devices.
Environmental Engineering
Environmental projects include the investigation and preparation of REF’s, SEE, and Environmental Impact Statements for various development projects in the Sydney Region. The studies often include liaison with specialist sub consultants for Flora and Fauna, Noise, Archaeological investigations, Traffic Impacts and Geotechnical. Water quality and stormwater control are carried out in house.
Typical projects include solid waste landfill operations, bagging of compost materials, development of poultry farms, contaminated land investigations, wetland designs.
Project Management
Comprehensive project management and construction management services were provided for most types of civil engineering or building projects. These included project planning, cost estimating, preparation of contract documentation, calling of tenders and full financial control of projects during construction and included site inspections, as required.
